How to balance Excercise, Asan, Pranayam and Meditation in 1 hour session.

Excercise - 10 minutes
Asan - 30 minutes
Pranayam - 10 minutes
Meditation - 10 minutes

This is ideal distribution of time in a Yoga session of 1 hour. If you are not following this distribution of time then you are doing something else and not Yoga. Suppose in a session of 1 hour you are doing Exercise for 30 minutes, Asan for 10 minutes, Pranayam for 10 minutes and Meditation for 10 minutes, then this is an Exercise session and not Yoga session. Then you can not get all benefits of Yoga since you are not justifying yoga. However you will get those benefits that are specific for those particular asans that you do provided you do the asans in static position for sometime. But if you are doing all the asans for only 1 second then you can't get its benefits because this is not yoga but exercise. Similarly if you are doing Exercise for 10 minutes, Asan for 10 minutes, Pranayam for 30 minutes and Meditation for 10 minutes, then this is a Pranayam session and not Yoga session.
